In the Refugi Lo Cortals<\/strong> in Tuchan, protected by old natural stone walls, surrounded by olive trees and fragrant pine trees, Steffen opens up a space for deep body and consciousness journeys. With over 15 years of experience as a certified teacher, he combines yoga, Pilates, Thai yoga massage and meditation into a practice that goes far beyond the physical. <\/p>\n

Of transformation and healing<\/h1>\n

Steffen doesn’t just know the power of movement and silence from theory \u2013 he has experienced it himself. Through deep personal processes, phases of change and inner growth, he has experienced the healing effects of yoga, meditation and sound on his own body and mind. His own transformation flows into each of his sessions \u2013 gently and powerfully. Anyone who practices with him feels that someone is teaching here who has himself gone through the ups and downs of inner work \u2013 and is always moving on. <\/p>\n

Gentle movement, deep relaxation<\/h1>\n

Whether in the morning, when the first rays of sunshine gild the Corbi\u00e8res, or in the evening as a gentle finale – Steffen’s hours are individually coordinated, carried by his deep experience and his fine feeling for people. His hands are healing, his touches in the Thai Yoga massage full of presence and devotion. <\/p>\n

Spherical sounds and healing vibrations<\/h1>\n

His gong meditations are a special experience \u2013 spherical, invigorating, aligning. Steffen studied with Jens Zygar, one of the world’s leading gong masters. The powerful sound waves penetrate the body, release deep-seated blockages and bring mind and soul into harmony. It is as if the sound floods through every cell, carrying away old patterns and creating space for the new. <\/p>\n
