Together with Sandy Neumann, they go to the most beautiful markets in the region. Hand-picked products from small producers, sun-ripened fruit and fine spices await you here. When cooking together, dishes are created that taste like the south of France – earthy, spicy, fresh.<\/p>\n

Herbs & Nature<\/a> \u2013 Discovering the Wilderness<\/h1>\n

Roaming through the hills with Sandy, collecting wild herbs, identifying medicinal plants and tying fragrant bouquets. Depending on the season, there is wild arugula in February, immortelle in May or figs in August. If you like, you can use them to make natural cosmetics or aromatic oils \u2013 small reminders of the Corbi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n

Yoga & Co.<\/a> \u2013 Relaxation & renewed energy<\/h1>\n

Steffen Neumann, experienced yoga and Pilates teacher, offers powerful or gentle lessons, gong meditations and soothing massages. Whether under olive trees or in the sheltered tent sauna – here everyone will find their space for regeneration and inner balance.<\/p>\n
