High season (beginning of June-end of September): 145€/night plus VAT for overnight stays (10%) and tourist tax depending on the length of stay

Low season (early October-end of May): €115/night plus VAT for overnight stays (10%) and tourist tax depending on the length of stay

Deposit: 500€

included: final cleaning, bed linen, towels and 1x washing machine wash extra cleaning 60€, extra bed linen 25€, extra towels 15€, each additional washing machine wash 8€

Damages and additional costs

• Deposit 500€ upon booking, will be refunded after final inspection

Cancellation

• Free cancellation within one week of booking
• 50% refund if cancelled up to 60 days before arrival
• No refunds for late cancellations
