La Gardie – The rebirth of an old bergerie

Once it protected animals from wind and weather, now it is becoming a refuge for people – our old Bergerie La Gardie. Centuries-old natural stone walls, marked by time and history, are carefully renewed, retaining their rough charm and at the same time opening up to modern comfort. Behind it watches over our favourite local hill, the Puy de la Gardie, which gave it its name – Le Gardien, the protector and now the protective Bergerie La Gardie. This is a place to stop and pause, to listen to the silence and to feel the power of the Corbières. Soon she will receive guests – and tell stories.
